It’s been a challenging and emotional journey during 2020, and the consequences of the global pandemic have been far-reaching, for so many people and organisations.

Over the last few months, we’ve taken the time to reflect on who we are as a business, what we’ve achieved together and we’ve defined our purpose and our guiding principles, that influence everything we do.

This has resulted in a modern evolution of our heritage brand, to represent who Intro is, what we stand for, the people within it and how we work today.
