It’s been a challenging and emotional journey during 2020, and the consequences of the global pandemic have been far-reaching, for so many people and organisations.
Over the last few months, we’ve taken the time to reflect on who we are as a business, what we’ve achieved together and we’ve defined our purpose and our guiding principles, that influence everything we do.
At the heart of Intro’s culture is a shared passion for what’s important to us and that’s our customers, their experiences and the relationships we have nurtured over time.
This has resulted in a modern evolution of our heritage brand, to represent who Intro is, what we stand for, the people within it and how we work today.
Our new website is fresh, clean and easy to use. It is our aim to provide all our website visitors with the information and help they need, when they need it, in a clear and succinct way, across all devices. We want to provide transparency for both organisations looking to hire and people considering a career move.
What motivates us is our shared purpose to empower people to promote progress and create positive change. It is our promise to create opportunities for people and business to achieve beyond their ambitions with compassion, understanding and respect. We do this by creating lasting connections for people and businesses to thrive and inspire a future of shared success.
